STUDIO MANAGER:

Full-time Studio Manager required for busy digital studio
Based in Holborn Circus, London,UK

We are looking for:

This is a generalist office management role which covers all aspects of running a digital studio and would suit an ambitious junior with 2-3 years experience, or a mid level applicant wanting to work in a creative environment.

This is a critical role for Holition and we are looking for a confident person with great people skills who can manage a busy Digital Studio and take their own initiative with clients and staff.

Main Duties include; 

  • Administrative support for executives within production, sales, marketing, pitch and office support.
  • Client administration including payment, appointments, travel booking etc
  • To act as the initial contact for the info@holition.com site, and follow up as appropriate.
  • To answer and field initial phone enquiries
  • To order any studio equipment, or hardware for clients and the studio
  • To support our Digital Production teams with time sheets, general project management support and client notes
  • To be an initial contact for entry level clients
  • To co-ordinate diaries, and ensure all client requests are entered correctly with full details
  • To create and manage an invoicing schedule, including licence fee structure
  • To support accounts with office administrative tasks
  • To co-ordinate any future recruitment appointments
  • To arrange couriers and cars
  • To act as Holition assistant where required
  • To manage a database of Holition paperwork: Licence fees, NDA, MNDA,
  • Terms, and to ensure documents are up-to-date.
  • To manage a database of client contact.

We are looking for the following person specification;

Salary

£24k + dependant on experience.

3D DEVELOPER:

Fulltime C++ mid level developer for 3D graphics projects
Based in Holborn Circus, London,UK

We are looking for:

1. A 3D developer (good maths, OpenGL/DirectX) with strong C++ skills.
2. A willingness and interest in trying new technology (possibly with personal projects involving depth cameras with some HCI understanding).
3. Knowledge of image processing, image-based modelling (OpenCV) and 3D mesh understanding (PCL).
4. Shader skills would also be advantageous especially GLSL/GLES/CG knowledge.
5. Salary dependant on experience.

JUNIOR PRODUCER

As part of a small expanding team the role will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the delivery of our software applications both online and in-store, and would suit an ambitious junior or a mid level with some experience.
Based in Holborn Circus, London,UK

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the producer and clients to define the project brief
  • Assisting with the creation of budgets on new projects with the producer & business development team
  • Assisting scheduling teams of in-house developers/ modellers and freelance artists
  • Collecting and managing assets or reference material pre-project launch
  • Working alongside the producer to manage projects from concept to completion
  • Liaising with the development team, 3D and 2D artists to ensure daily/ weekly project milestones are met.
  • Updating client feedback and internal notes/ bugs for all projects
  • Managing vendors & suppliers
  • Coordinating and QC’ing project files for final delivery
  • Creating screen captures and compressing QT’s
  • Updating and organising files on the server
  • Uploading files to our/ clients FTP sites

Essential skills

  • Must be able to show integrity in dealing with confidential information and material.
  • Have the ability to work within tight deadlines and on projects that may require working out of normal office hours
  • The role can be external-facing, so it is vital that the candidate is able to effectively liaise with clients during the lifecycle of a project, from pitch phase to delivery and launch at key events.
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills.
  • A proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and the ability to quickly grasp new applications.

Requirements:

Some relevant experience coordinating teams of software developers, animators, or similar creatives within a fast paced production environment. A keen Interest in retail, interactive software, animation and design is a must. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented and be able to work well under pressure. This position requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to assist handling the scheduling and production workflow for a wide variety of projects.

Must know Word and Excel. knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software would be a plus but not a requirement.

This is a fast-paced, boutique environment with lots of room to grow for the right person.
